Greetings and peace be with you from Daniel Vincent, Catholic, husband, and father of four.

Since 2013, I have been making jerky and other tasty treats. Through my time in Detroit, first in Deep Media and then living with the monks on the East Side between Gratiot 6&7 Mile, I have become a master at blending exquisite flavors with all natural ingredients and now offer these gifts God has given me to you.

Not only am I a craft jerky maker, I’m also deeply involved in Interior Life Formation with a Church approved ministry called Souls of the Christian Apostolate, an effort to revitalize the Catholic Church from within by training people to Know, Love, and Serve God through the millennia old mystical tradition of mental prayer and intimacy with Our Creator, The Source of All Good, The Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. Through both of these efforts I am graced to provide for my growing family with my wonderful wife Jasmin, and our four children (and hopefully more, God Willing).
